If you are looking for a spacious & quite place close to the city centre to enjoy your stay with friends and family, this might be what you are looking for! The unit is one floor of a house which you will have to yourself. The property is centrally located close to the Cathedral, Burnham Park, Session Road, SM Mall, Pink Sisters, Botanical Garden but still far enough from the noise of the city centre. If you like to walk you can go by foot to Session Road (850m distance). It is very spacious, in a safe neighbourhood, gated and has CCTV cameras operating. On a good day you can enjoy the weather in your own private garden area. Here a quick overview of the unit rooms: - 3 Bedrooms - 2 Bathrooms - 1 Kitchen - Spacious living room - Own spacious garden area - Own gated parking under carport - 2 Storage rooms If you would like to come with more guests, please inform us beforehand.

No matter the time of the day/night, Kai and Kyla responded to our inquiries almost immediately. It was helpful specially for my husband and I who work night shift. We didn’t want to bring our own cars around so we don’t have to deal with parking issues, and since the place is near many good restaurants and spots - it was really easy to just get a cab without spending a lot. Kai was also very quick to attend to our needs, including setting up bonfire during our last night. Will definitely consider this place again in our next Baguio trip!

Sir Kai & Ms. Kyla are exceptionally great hosts! Ms. Kyla and Kuya Bong, the caretaker, really took care of our needs during our whole stay while Sir Kai was away (but still responsive!). It was a (holiday) long weekend trip for the recent CNY. As expected, traffic was horrible in and out of Baguio City so we managed to take advantage of the apartment instead! ☺️ We felt truly at home. As a group of 15 adults + 3 kids (including 2 energetic toddlers), the property very much satisfied our needs! We especially loved the bonfire that kept us warm during the cold evenings. Thank you for making ourur trip a memorable one! ❤️
Kai, Kyla, and Kuya Bong were great hosts! They responded very quickly and were very accommodating to our needs and requests. The check-in instructions were detailed and helpful. The place was spacious! We loved the sala where we could all sit down and lay down on the carpet while watching our favorite family movie. We also loved the bonfire in the backyard! My niece and nephews did enjoy roasting marshmallows while sipping cups of hot chocolate. We could not have asked for a better place. Overall, a wonderful place! We would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good place to stay while exploring Baguio with their family! We would definitely come back and book here again.

The neighbourhood is close to session road but still far enough from the hustle and bustle of it. The road infront of the property is not so full of cars, which is quite peaceful. It is still close enough to get to the more busy parts though so there is no problem of getting a taxi or going into town.
If you arrive without any vehicle then the best way to get around is by taxi. There are many taxis here in Baguio the usual prices range from 50-90php depending where on you are going. Taxi drivers here don't really rip you off like in *cough*Manilaaa
There is also the option of using modernized transport buses or Jeepneys.
From the property tourist attractions like the cathedral, burnham park or session road are walkable. However, since we are in Baguio it does get hilly.
