Whether you’re travelling for a couples escape or a solo adventure, Parade Dwelling has everything you could need for a self-catering stay on the coast. Parade Dwelling has a bright and spacious living room. With a comfortable sofa and a Smart TV, it’s the perfect place to relax on an evening. Statement chairs sit in the bay window so you can really make the most of the stunning sea views on offer in the apartment. Fully equipped, the kitchen has everything you could need to prepare meals easily. Sharing the space is the dining area which includes a round wooden table and four matching chairs. Head to the bedroom and you’ll find a spacious room with modern styling. There is a king size bed with premium bedding to ensure you have a blissful night's sleep. A bathtub, from which you can enjoy more sea views, can also be found in the bedroom The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, WC and wash basin. Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings. For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Thank you, we had a great stay in this beautifully decorated apartment. Lovely to wake up with a sea view! Responsive and caring host: We thought it was really nice that the host messaged us after we checked in to tell us that they heard there were building works happening in the apartment below, and that they hoped it didn't affect our stay. It didn't bother us at all, we were out all day and it was very peaceful in the evenings. We'd be keen to stay here again!
Beautiful location and apartment was stunning. Amazing views and well throughout furniture. Welcome gifts very thoughtful and good quality. Good heating, really comfy bed. Lots of space and near to Main Street and 5 mins to beach. All of it perfect. Only comment not so airbnb when you’re asked to pay for damage insurance either £10 or £25 and constant auto emails ruins the airbnb vibe of relaxed and trust. Eg a text at 9am to remind me I’m checking out at 10.

Lovely accommodation with a super view. There was a welcome pack of goodies on the table when we arrived, milk in the fridge, a great coffee machine and tea bags. A really great experience.

Parade Dwelling is located in the charming Victorian Spa town of Saltburn-by-the-Sea on the North Yorkshire coast.
Located in the heart of the town, the property is only a short walk from the beach and lower promenade. Take the oldest functioning cliff lift in the UK down to the promenade and you’ll arrive at the 208-metre pier which stretches out into the sea. The long sandy shores are overlooked by colourful boutique beach huts and high cliffs tower in the distance.
Parade Dwelling is close to all local amenities including independent shops, bars, restaurants and bistros.
Saltburn has plenty of beautiful walks too. The Valley Gardens are a maze of paths and tracks which wind through the flowers and woodland. If you want to explore further, The Cleveland Way National Trail is over 100 miles long and the lovely Saltburn is featured. If you fancy a 17.5 mile jaunt, start at Saltburn and walk your way to Sandsend. This walk is a great way to explore the North Yorkshire coastline and the views are beautiful!
Parade Dwelling is within walking distance of all that Saltburn has to offer and within 30 minutes’ drive time of Staithes, Whitby, Middlesbrough and the North Yorkshire Moors.
Saltburn Train Station is a short walk away and has routes to Redcar, Middlesbrough, Darlington, York, Leeds, Huddersfield, Manchester and Manchester Airport.
There are plenty of bus routes throughout Saltburn. Hop on the Arriva North East route and you can visit beautiful coastal villages like Staithes, Runswick Bay and Whitby.
