Our modern 1 bedroom, 1 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers. Our home has modern furnishings with a Smart TV in high definition in the living room. In this space, you will have 1 brand new queen sized bed in the master bedroom and 1 sleeper sofa (it is actually comfortable!) in the living room to add an extra sleeping option when needed. The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook, and there is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and expansive city views. Our home also includes wireless internet. We have one of the rare homes in downtown Seattle that has a reserved parking spot in our secure garage! The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 6'8". The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. During these times, workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows. * If this unit is booked, please check out our other units under our profile. * Please message us about yourself and your trip before booking. * Also be sure to have a picture and verification. * If possible, let us know your check in and check out time * Check-in prior to 9pm is complimentary. I had a very comfortable stay. I was on a business trip, and up and out early each morning. However, as people familiar with Seattle will know, it's not the quietest neighborhood in the city. It seemed that the bakery or restaurants on the block were getting deliveries very early in the morning, even on a Sunday, and those woke me up even before my alarm went off a couple of mornings. But that's what makes the neighborhood so lively. I would stay at Kathryn and Mike's place again without hesitation.
Kathryn and Mike were great hosts. Their place was conveniently located, and I liked the extra security measures they had in place. Kathryn and Mike were super accommodating and always quick to respond. The apartment had everything I needed, although I think getting a comfier couch would be a good idea. Overall, it was a great place to stay!
We stayed at Kathryn and Mikes place for a couple of days while in Seattle. They were super responsive and answered any questions we had. The location is great. We were just a short walk to Pikes Place Market, the aquarium, museums, restaurants, and a few markets. Kept us busy for the two days that we were there. We walked out at night and felt safe. There were a lot of other people going to and from restaurants. We took advantage of the parking garage to park our rental car. You’ll have to meet someone from their team to let you in the garage and into the unit. They gave us clear directions on everything. We were handed a clicker for the garage and a key fob for the building. The process was pretty easy. But you have to let them know the time frame you’ll be getting in so you have to coordinate with the host. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and equipped with nice towels, and it has a full size kitchen. I would definitely recommend and will return.
Kathryn’s place was an amazing find for an extended weekend trip! The hosts were very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. The actual place was in a PERFECT location if you seek to do things downtown and around pike market. There were lots to do in walking distance!
Wonderful place to stay as it was within walking distance to all the downtown attractions. It was nice having the secured parking space and the security in the building. Great place to stay in Seattle.

There are also many shops, cafes, restaurants, bars/clubs, concert halls, nightlife spots to visit within walking distance of your front door.
If coming from the Airport or the King Train station consider taking the Link Rightrail train from the airport to Westlake Station, or taking an uber or lyft ride (~$35) to the apartment. Almost everything in Seattle is within walking distance or accessible by public transportation, so you might not need a rental car.
If you do rent a car or drive to Seattle, street parking in Belltown is free from 8pm-8am, and free on Sundays. There are also many paid parking lots in the vicinity of the apartment. There is also one reserved parking spot with this unit.
