I reserved the room for my husband and dog on there way driving back to NY from Fla. My husband said that Cody and Jem where very friendly and accommodating and there house very close to I 95. They also recommended a great restaurant on the water where my husband and dog could go that was pet friendly with live music called the Lilly Pad that my husband loved. He said the room was clean and perfect for him and our dog to get some rest before hitting the road early in the morning. He would definitely recommend there place to any of our friends.

Can’t say enough great things about this place! Jem was such a great host, and she even let us check in 3 hours earlier than the usual check-in time at no additional cost. Cody and Jem have decorated the house beautifully, and my husband and I are under the impression they should be interior designers! Everything was so clean, and our bedroom was decorated so well, we felt right at home - it was so cozy we didn't want to leave! The beds may seem small looking at the pictures online, but my husband, our dog and I slept amazingly on the bed we shared!!! The shower has amazing water pressure and the hot water seems to last forever. The house is in such a peaceful location, and it's also only about a 15 minute drive to downtown Richmond. Truly the best of both worlds. We are so happy we chose to stay here! It will definitely be our first pick the next time we're in the area 🩵 Thanks so much Cody and Jem!

Cody and Jem have a very nice and cozy home out in the woods, definitely a great place to stay.

Best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had! I have traveled a lot with my Dalmatian and the by far was the nicest and most dog friendly place we’ve ever stayed at! It’s peaceful and beautiful views! 10/10 recommend !
