Great place!! Well maintained and very clean. Terrific hosts. They gave clear instructions and everything went great. Comfortable beds. Very safe neighborhood. We will stay there again when we visit Dover.

We stayed at Xmas time while visiting family and loved it so much that we decided to book again for our late Easter visit. Perfect location, always clean, very affordable and you couldn't ask for better hosts. Brian and Rachel are flexible, easy going, helpful and always respond quickly and kindly to all questions.

Brian responds quickly. I had no problems. The apartment was clean and cozy. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. If/ when I come to Ohio I would love to stay again!

Best value on the market in the area hands down. Unit was clean and as comfortable as home. Brian and Rachel were spot on in the description as well as being super responsive and clearing up any questions within minutes!! I cant thank you both enough!
