For more than 6 months between 2023 & early 2024 our family called this beautiful farmhouse "HOME" while our primary residence was under construction & we couldn't be happier with not only the location but Matt & his family as hosts! I truly can not say enough about this family's kindness & prompt response anytime we had a question or need. As for this country location it is PERFECT!!! You are just a stone throw away from the beautiful School House Winery. You can be in Amish Country in less than 20 minutes, Canton which is home of the Pro Football Hall of Fame is less than 30 minutes along with many other local winerys, restaurants & historic locations! If you want that country, farmhouse feel & convenience all in one, this is for you!! Matt, on behalf of me & my family, thank you for all you did to make our stay feel like home.

This has been our home away from home & we couldn't be happier with this beautiful location! We are far enough out of town that we can enjoy the country landscape but close enough that if anything is needed we can be in town with in 10 minutes! The host has been great to work with & I would highly recommend this property!

We could not be happier with this home. Easy access, a host that communicates & responds almost instantly. The scenary around the property is beautiful & with the snow falling it's even more so. I can not say enough about this location!! If you want that farmhouse vibe with a Winery within walking distance, the sound of country church bells in the distance & within minutes of the city, this is the perfect place for you!!

This property is absolutely beautiful inside & out. It is so easy to get to & the few neighbors that are near the property are all very friendly which made us feel very welcome & comfortable in our surroundings. The farm land is a landscape that you can sit & simply watch from sunrise to sunset. This home will make you feel the happiness a farmhouse gives & the unique furniture pieces will have you taking a moment to look at the detail within them. Finally, the host, Matt was always present in both responding to questions in a timely manner & often times checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From check in to check out this was a wonderful experience over the past month for me & my family. It truly is a beautiful home. We will most certainly be staying here again in the future!
