Posada del Mar was an excellent place to stay in Providencia. The room was the perfect size, bathroom was clean, shower was a great size, and a nice balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The towels and sheets smelled very clean. The owner and staff were extremely kind and helpful. They also helped us coordinate a tour of the island. My husband and I will definitely be back.

Un lugar increible! La vista desde la habitacion es hermosa, las personas que atienden son increibles y muy amables! El desayuno riquisimo y la ubicacion es excelente para tener lugares donde comer, comprar y una playa muy linda que podes llegar caminando. Sin dudas volveria a ese lugar!

Bon rapport qualité prix pour l’île .. super gentille, elle nous a aider pour résoudre deux petit problèmes de réservation pour la suite du voyage .. petit déjeuner parfait , le meilleur du séjour. Je recommande 100%

The place is great, Shanith is a great host, very kind and eager to help in any matter. The place is far better than what the pictures show, clean and fully equipped rooms with a nice private sea-view terrace (terrific sunsets everyday!), a very peaceful place, safe and friendly, it has also a small entrance to the sea (floor made of rocks, bring your water shows and make the best of it!). The staff is very friendly. The place has also a small restaurant for breakfast, including a wonderful coconut bread; there is also a great pizza place just crossing the street, and another wonderful restaurant ("Caribbean Place Donde Martin", half a block away), there is also a supermarket 50 mts away. Shanith helped us organizing a private small-boat tour around the island (the boat picked us just in front of the place, by the sea, great crew, unforgettable tour) and also renting a small car for driving around the island, everything went perfect thanks to her.
