Absolutely spectacular! Ines and her family were the most amazing of hosts, very welcoming, they were there if you needed them but made you feel like you had the whole place to yourself if not. We found Umbria to be beautiful, and although quite rural, which was lovely to relax, we discovered we were fairly central to lots of places we wanted to visit. As long as you are willing to drive then there are many amazing places to see. The accommodation was spotless, and very picturesque and traditional which is exactly what we were after. Thank you Ines and family for facilitating a perfect holiday in the beautiful Italy!

We have stayed in Ines' house for 3 weeks. It was amazing. The house is spacious, clean and fully equipped. The house has 2 spacious bedrooms, a large kitchen with sufficient attributes. All windows are equipped with good mosquito nets. We recommend a fan in the bedrooms because of the temperature in the summer. The house has a large outdoor terrace with a nice view and with a good roof and good comfortable chairs (better than in the photos). The pool is fantastic and well maintained. Around the pool are a number of large olive trees and parasols, so there are always plenty of shady spots available. So you can sit / lie in the sun as well as in the shade. The pool furniture is of good quality. The other apartment was not rented out, so we had a private pool at our disposal. Ines has 2 dogs and 3 cats that walk around the house, but they do not disturb you. If desired, the 2 dogs can be placed in a closed area in the garden. The dogs are sweet and don’t bark at night (I write this explicitly because this is quite common in Italy). The house is secluded and is immersed in complete peace and silence. Ines is a lovely hostess and we received a warm welcome. She is present in the background, but available when needed. We had car trouble and Ines helped us well and nicely in contact with the local car garage. In short; we look back on a wonderful time in a beautiful house!

Wir haben die Zeit bei Ines sehr genossen. Sie ist eine prima Gastgeberin, beantwortete im Vorfeld sehr schnell unsere Fragen und stand uns auch vor Ort immer sehr hilfsbereit zur Verfügung. Ihre Tiere haben unseren Kindern den Aufenthalt sehr versüßt und auch der Pool ist toll. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr heiss, die Schlafzimmer kühlen auch nicht so gut ab, aber das Untergeschoss mit Küche und Couch ist sehr angenehm. Die Matratzen haben für uns sehr gut gepasst. Das Bett ist allerdings für größere Menschen etwas knapp von der Länge her. Ines Haus ist recht abgelegen, die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind rund 25 min (Serpentinenstraße) entfernt, nach perugia ubd orvieto brauchten wir rund 1 Stunden ( beides lohnt sich aber) Den Lago di trasimeno können wir aufgrund seiner Wasserqualität aber nicht empfehlen. Alles in allem hatten wir eine sehr ruhige und entspannte Zeit, aufgrund der Hitze ohne viele Unternehmungen. Aber das hat für uns gepasst, da es wirklich ein sehr angenehmer und friedlicher Ort ist, an dem man gerne bleiben möchte. Lediglich am Wochenende hat man wegen der Sehenswürdigkeit „la scarzuela“ etwas mehr Autoverkehr, der aber nicht sonderlich stört. Liebe Ines , Vielen Dank nochmal für alles!
