We'd love to share our newly updated beach town condo with you! This 1st floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation! You can't beat being only a few miles to the beach and outlet malls! You'll also have access to the community pools (May-Sept), park, and sport courts, and will be within walking distance to several great restaurants and shops. While we are "pet friendly" only 1 pet (dog or cat, 40lb maximum) is allowed per the HOA rules. Our condo is conveniently located on the first floor. The space includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, dining area, patio, and living space. The first bedroom has a queen bed, walk in closet, and full bath. The bathroom in the first bedroom has a tub shower. The second bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet, and en suite bathroom with a standing shower. Amenities include: -washer/dryer -coffee maker -smart TV -high speed internet -board & card games -beach umbrella -cooler -pickleball set -pack n' play -dog bed -playground -community pools & tennis/pickleball courts -walking trails **The community pool is open until Sept 17th

Beautiful, little getaway. Second time there and it won't be the last.
Can you send me the information about checking in to the accommodation I reserved today? It was cheaper than the surroundings, so the price was good, and the host gave me the necessary guidance on time, which helped me a lot. If I have a chance next time, I would like to come back.
We had a wonderful stay at Sara's place. It was exactly as described and a perfect first experience with AirBnB. Would definitely stay here again! We did reach out to Sara during our stay and she was very quick to respond. Great location - walkable to grocery store and restaurants
We had a great time! Sara answered all our questions immediately, and allowed us to extend our stay an extra day! We had our dog with us and he loved the screened in porch! We would definitely stay her again!
Sara’s place was just what my husband and I needed for a last-minute getaway: very clean, comfy, pet-friendly, and close to shopping and restaurants. The beach and Cape Henlopen State Park are just a short-drive away. Her condo is exactly as described and well-equipped with all essentials. We highly recommend her listing and would definitely stay here again!

Community amenities include 2 large community pools, tennis/pickleball courts, a playground, walk/bike paths, and a large park.
