Located in the middle of the Ozark National Forest, Fern Falls Retreat provides you the serenity of nature with all the modern conveniences of home. This attached, but very separate guest house, serves as your base camp to all things the Natural State has to offer. Come stay with us; explore Jasper (20 mins), Hiking, Swimming, and exploring. Bring your toys- we have room to park them. We hope to see you soon. This space is designed to be everything you desire during downtime from your activities. The living room includes access to TV, games, books, and cards. The kitchenette includes a coffee pot, toaster, microwave, cook top, pots and pans and a toaster oven. The closest grocery store is ~ 20 mins away. Stock up before coming! While we have wine and pint glasses, this is a dry county. BYOB from another county on your way. A flex space can be used as an office or dinette. The bedroom has custom lighting, plenty of pillows and blankets and a full-sized closet at your disposal. The bathroom comes with the essentials needed to wash off the day and relax in comfort. Wi-Fi is available. The space is air conditioned but there is not a dedicated AC unit for this space. It is typically kept and 72 *F, fans and portable heater are available. The space is attached to our home, but there is no entry way available between the two. You will have a separate entrance, with lots of privacy.

Fern Falls Retreat was just as described. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the snacks she left for us! We never did meet Eva, but she responded to our messages and her partner quickly remedied a TV issue. Be sure and read her instructions carefully about how to find the place! We used this as a jumping off point to explore scenic attractions in north central Arkansas...there is lots to see, including some really cool waterfalls. Be sure and see Twin Falls. It's not easy to get to, but the falls are really close to the parking area and are spectacular. You have to drive into Jasper to find food, but the Cliff House Inn and Ozark Cafe are worth the drive. As you drive into Jasper you will get several views of Arkansas Grand Canyon - it's beautiful! Eva was a great host and we would not hesitate to stay here again if we were in the area.

Beautiful place to stay for a weekend getaway! Super clean space and great views, very friendly and helpful hospitality, and a super cute space inside and out!
Loved our time at Fern Falls Retreat. The space was decorated beautifully and very functional with it being a smaller space. The host’s were great, very responsive and helpful. Everything matched the description given. There really isn’t anything negative to say about our stay here and I can definitely see us coming back one day!
