This place was great and it was exactly what our group was looking for! Host was very helpful, great with communication, and made sure we had everything we needed. I would recommend this place to anyone and we definitely plan on coming back!

This home is BEAUTIFUL, the surrounding area is so peaceful and secluded which is what we were looking for. The creek is literally 50 yards from the porch steps and the buffalo is less than 10 minutes away. We will definitely be back to this home in the future.

What a stunning setting, and so perfect for our group eclipse visit! We had everything at hand that we needed, the appliances were spot on, the beds were great, the views were incredible, we even spied a small elk in a meadow along the Buffalo River, south of Ponca one cloudy late afternoon. Jasper wasn't far and had everything we might not have thought to bring with us. Be aware though, Google maps put us on Hwy. 123 from Russellville northbound on Hwy. 7. We weren't sure if we were on track & stopped a couple of times after some no-exaggeration, hairpin turns, but learned we should have stayed on Hwy. 7 until we got to Hwy. 374 and then gone east. Mileage might have been a bit greater but it's a good road with lots of interesting views. Adventurous hairpin turns satisfied one of our group, but to each their own! Will look at Misty Creek for future visits to the Buffalo, in season. Thanks for sharing your amazing slice of nature Juergen!

The cabin is clean and in a beautiful location. The hot tub and creek were really relaxing. Has most everything you need for cooking, including a few basic spices. My only complaint is that the bed in the master bedroom upstairs was very uncomfortable and in need of replacing, and the gas grill wasn’t working. The host was very responsive and answered all of questions.
