Le Concierge d’Or is delighted to present “Maison LaFuge”, a beautiful family home nestled in the heart of the vineyards, just 20 minutes from Saint-Émilion. This beautiful residence can accommodate up to 8 people, offering the opportunity to create unforgettable memories with family or friends, in an exceptional setting. Surrounded by a vast lush garden and its large swimming pool, this residence invites you to relaxation and conviviality, offering a refuge in the middle of the vineyards. Welcome to this charming country house. As soon as you arrive, the garden and the path will welcome you. On the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen invites you to prepare and enjoy delicious meals. The small living room, equipped with a table football, will undoubtedly become the favorite place for relaxation and convivial moments. Three spacious bedrooms, all on one level: - 2 bedrooms with two single beds - 1 Bedroom with a Queen size double bed (160×200 cm). For everyone's comfort, a large bathroom, with bathtub and shower, is also located on this level, accompanied by a separate toilet. Upstairs, a living room invites you to relax. Then, discover the master suite, including a standard bed (140x200 cm) and an adjoining bathroom with shower and WC. We would like to inform you that the staircase is not secure, which may represent a danger for young children. In the garden, a magnificent 10x5m swimming pool (open from the end of May to the end of October). Right in the heart of the vineyards, our house is the ideal place to recharge your batteries while exploring the surrounding vineyards and tourist attractions. With Le Concierge d'Or, your stay is carefully prepared: the beds are carefully prepared to offer you optimal comfort, and bath linen is provided.
