Its a good olace for its price and there are alot of carinderia, resto, cafe, food stalls and milk tea shops in the area. Definitely worth the money. I will stay again.

Was not told that there was AC cleaning scheduled on a day during my booking which is why my sleep was interrupted. But overall good spot and accommodating. Please be weary of such instances next time for future clients.

My son really liked the place, the place was quite near UST, only 5 minutes away so it was safe for him to walk evening and early morning to and from classes. Inside the place was clean and he was able to study as the surroundings were quiet. We would probably book again in May for the mock boards.
