With 3BR and 2BA, sleeping arrangements include 2 luxurious king-sized beds, a comfortable full-sized bed, and 2 cozy twin beds. The highlight of our property is the beautiful yard, offering a serene escape amidst lush greenery. Find tranquility right outside your door. Book now for a charming getaway! Upstairs, discover three charming bedrooms: 1. On the right, indulge in the rustic allure of Vermont-style decor, featuring a luxurious king-size bed, ample closet space, and an elegant dresser with TV local channel. 2. To the left, relish the serene beauty of a bedroom with a king-size mattress including smart TV and breathtaking views of the yard and majestic mountains. 3. A spacious room with a full-size mattress and two cozy twin beds, a walk-in closet, and a stylish ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, as you walk straight, you'll encounter the inviting dining room, followed by a fully equipped kitchen. Further ahead, you'll find the convenient laundry room, complete with Electrolux washer and dryer for your convenience. On the right side, there's a charming bathroom featuring an old artist bathtub, adding a touch of vintage flair to the space.

This place was great for a group of skiers, close to the mountains, near some good restaurants, and a nice place overall
House was spacious and rooms looked just like the pictures. We had some trouble getting into the front door as the doorknob seemed like it might fall off but Thao was quick with her response. The area wasn't the nicest part of town but the house was only a few minutes to downtown. Overall, I would recommend this place.
Spot was nice for the 7 of us for a getaway. There were a few things not perfectly clean and there were some issues with hot water (do not run the dishwasher before showering) but other than that it was great for the 7 of us to have our ski getaway.
Thao’s place is cozy and specious, very convenient location, only 3mins away from grocery stores and 16min away from killington ski resort. Thao is resealable and responsive, our friend brings her dog with host’s permission, we payed $100 deposit upfront and was returned as agreed when we checked out. There are 2 bathrooms in house, one downstairs with a french bathtub and one upstairs with a shower, both of them are clean and spacious, but it was a little misleading that the only bathroom with a shower is upstairs in the end of a joint unit and people would need to go pass the 2 rooms to the reach the bathroom plus within the joint unit there is no door in between, which very much lacks privacy. Besides, the room doesn’t have enough hot water for 7of us, 2 of us took shower around 5pm and it took 5-6hr to heat it up again, so we ended up boiling water in deep pots and bail water in the bathtub, which was our biggest complain. Thao was helpful and sent a repairman the next morning.
The house is a great spot for groups, we stayed here for our annual trip to Killington with 5 people. The rooms are large and there’s plenty of space to spread out. Super close to everything in downtown Rutland. We’ve been staying in Downtown Rutland for our VT trips for years, we definitely recommend it as an affordable option and this house or perfect for groups of 6-8. Host is VERY responsive and quick to answer any questions, check in and check out were effortless. Cool old house.
