Each apartment has been recently renovated with new floors, furnishings, cabinets, and countertops and is equipped with a full kitchen, a TV, a furnished deck, and free WiFi to help you make lasting memories on Maryland's beautiful shores. Spend warm summer days riding waves at the beach two blocks away, and lovely evenings relaxing on the decks as the sun sets over the water. What's nearby: There are a number of dining and shopping experiences within walking distance, including BJ's On The Water directly across the street. You'll be two blocks from the ocean beach and even closer to Coastal Highway (which is lined with miniature golf courses, eateries, and other attractions). The famous Ocean City Boardwalk begins on 27th Street and runs about three miles along the ocean to the inlet. Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park await three miles south, and the Tanger Outlets are six miles inland. Things to know: These two apartments can be rented separately as well, as Bay B. Cakes and Bay B. Blue Free WiFi Two full kitchens Private washer/dryer Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. <br/>Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. <br/>Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. More information can be found from the "Additional rules" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Terrible experience with getting in. The unit is divided into two separate units and we only received one door code. After three days of trying to communicate with Vacasa, I still didn’t have a door code for the second door and they were unresponsive on coming to the unit to fix it. I had to call and text multiple times and it was still never resolved.
Great stay for a bachelor party golf trip. Easy access and clean amenities. We had a great time!
Lots of rooms and beds for a large group. However, beds were very hard. The updated kitchens and floor were nice. The WiFi was non-existent. We couldn’t use for our phones or devices at all. The tvs would turn on and can watch for a little then they would lose signal. A very nice man came out to fix but he said the set up was insufficient for the house.
This place was great right off the water i would love to go back in the summer to sit on the deck and just watch the water the kitchen was fully stocked with supplies even though i brought my own there was no need to use them i would definitely recommend and would stay again
Check in is 4 pm. You must check in first at their main office. If you arrive after they close you have to use a lock box to obtain your welcome packet that has the lock code to enter the home. We arrived around 5:30 pm. Obtained our packet and headed to the home. We had 2 floors that we were occupying. The code to the 2nd floor worked but the 1st floor did not. Called the office to only have the phone ring, no answer. Texted and was told the code I had was correct, When I told them it was not working it would take 20 - 25 mins. for a response. Next message was asking if I was at the correct location and to try another number, entered code still not working. It took until 10 pm and numerous text message and phone calls (was disconnected 3 times and also told they could not help) until we were able to get a supervisor on the phone who could switch the code. 6 hours later was finally able to get in the house.
