We picked this Airbnb because of its prime location near many good places and good food. Overall, the building was old and needed renovation. Somehow, it felt scary, but overall, our stay was alright. Kay and Jhovz are very responsive whenever we have questions. It would be easier if there were a self-check-in and check-out option and the improvement of the furniture. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay for its price. But as a customer, I'd be willing to pay more if it was improved and stay there again because it is within a prime location.
very friendly and responsive host. the place have everything you'll need and they're pet friendly.. stayed here for 3 nights with my partner and our 2 small dogs and never had any problems or issues.. it's easy to find and walking distance to the mall, there's a Korean restaurant at the ground floor and also a convenience store in case you forget to bring something, they also have laundry service and fast wifi. amazing stay! will definitely come back soon..

The area is peaceful, beautiful and well organized, where parks, beaches and everything else is within walking distance. Lot's of greenery surrounding the building, and nice scenery all around here. Great for jogging, cycling and other sport activities. The Victory gym is a 5min. walk away.
The Subic Bay Freeport Zone is extremely secure and safe, well maintained with better infrastructure and doesn't have power black outs. It's close to business locations, schools, major shopping malls, etc.. and has easy access to the Subic-Manila express highway.
For foreigners: You can do your visa extensions (which take only 5min. processing time!) at the Olongapo Immigration Office inside SM Downtown mall on, which is just a 5min. walk away!
Jeepney's and tricycles can be found near SM mall, which is within walking distance. Plenty of taxi's all around the building as well to serve as your transportation option. For the ultimate exploring convenience, you can use our scooter rental service.
