You will be nestled amongst gorgeous mature trees within a 26,000 acre span of the Ouachita Mountains. Our spacious, lushly furnished home provides a perfect getaway of tranquility. Perched on Cortez Golf Course. Enjoy over 30 miles of natural, secluded trails. Putterz Sports Bar & Grill - 2 min away. Desoto Beach 9 minutes away, Balboa Beach 9 miles away. A generously open concept perfect for spreading out and enjoying your stay. Located on one of HSV's most challenging golf courses - Cortez; often boasted as the best maintained course by locals. Countless trails await you in the beautiful Ouachita National Forest or cozy up to the well appointed fireplace to snuggle in. All bedrooms have individual deck or patio access, each equipped with smart TV's. Each room boats a 14" Gel Memory Foam Mattress and Egyptian Cotton Sheets. Two of the bedrooms offer King beds and En-Suite full bathrooms. The third bedroom extends a Queen bed, directly adjacent to a full bath. Complete split bedroom arrangement! The back deck is the perfect place to wind down after a day on the links, any of the nearby lakes, hiking, or any of the many activities Hot Springs Village offers!

Andy & Shannon were amazing hosts! They were very responsive, very accommodating to a couple special requests, and overall friendly and welcoming. All three couples that stayed for our trip complimented the comfort of the beds. The deck has an amazing view of a very difficult par 3 on Cortez Golf course I happened to actually par when we played! It's fun to watch the golfers try to make it over the water. They also have a lot of games you can play with friends and family. The location is perfect and very quiet. Putterz Grill is the grill at the Cortez Golf Course and had pretty good food and nice staff. Otherwise, it is at least a 15 minute drive to other restaurants. We had an amazing stay and I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the Hot Springs area!

The house was wonderful. Very comfortable and in a great location. Andy and Shannon were wonderful hosts and really made us feel at home. Check in and check out was the easiest I’ve had at an Airbnb. I highly recommend a stay here!

Located within a safe and secure gated community, this listing is at an exceptionally quiet location in the forest adjacent to a golf course. Housing density is very low with minimal vehicular traffic. Wildlife abounds.
Area is very hilly requiring motorized transport. Uber/Lyft is available but is slow to arrive. Parking is free and abundant.

Loving Christian couple enjoying all that life has to offer. We start our day with a delicious cup of Joe and end by having a home-cooked meal, often grilled-salmon. We are well travelled, but enjoy more than anything, being with family and friends. We love our furry pet(s), being outside, listening to music, and any kind of unknowns, i.e. in order to further expand our brains before our time on this amazing earth comes to an end.
