Milena is the perfect host! Very kind and attentive to the needs of her guests. Her colonial house is beautiful, very clean and quiet, although a few steps from the center of Santiago. I strongly recommend this house for a stay in Santiago.

I don't know where to start my review, because I can write a full book about how much I liked Milena's casa. I have been many times to Cuba in my life and I stayed in almost 30 different casas all over the country. No casa can compare to the casa of Milena. It is the absolute best place I have been to. She and her husband are the nicest people I ever met in Cuba and did everything they could to make my holiday perfect. They are very friendly, and also very intelligent, because they give all of their guests a perfect balance of family and liberty. I am a German man and even from a German standpoint I can say that this casa was always clean and tidy like a hospital room, which is not a standard in Cuba. Everything including the aircon was very modern and in good condition. What I specially liked was that the casa has a beautiful garden with a lot of plants and greens in the center where food is being served. Also their internet connection is fast like a rocket, I used daily video chats to communicate with my family and sent high quality videos to Germany without a problem. Milena is an extremely warm-hearted woman, who fulfilled every wish I had and also cooked what I liked. Her husband Eudys is as well an extremely helpful and cooperative man. One day I forgot to organize a taxi for myself and Eudys picked me up in the middle of the night with his motor-bike. The motor-bike was not even fully repaired, but he didn't want to leave me alone at night, interrupted his sleep when I called and came rapidly to bring me home to the casa. As well their casa is connected with a lot of people like Taxi and other services and can help you with every thing if you need something. Also very important: I felt 200% safe in the casa! I trusted Milena with all my valuable belongings like Credit Card, Passport and hundreds of dollars cash. She and Eudys are trustworthy like parents and never disappointed me with anything. They even invited me to a birthday party of their friends to see the real life of Cuba and Eudys accompanied me many times to the cash machine to make me feel even more safe. I can 100% recommend this casa and if somebody wants to know something specific, you can contact me any time. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL TIME MILENA & EUDYS!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, mit Klimaanlage und Bad. Das Haus ist nur ein paar Schritte von der Innenstadt entfernt. Frühstück sehr vielfältig, frisch und sehr gut. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass im wunderschönen Innenhof die Sitzgelegenheiten sind. Milena und ihr Mann sind sehr herzliche, liebevolle Menschen, die wir richtig ins Herz geschlossen haben. Unser lustiger Abend wird uns immer in Erinnerung bleiben. Danke für alles und falls wir wieder nach Santiago de Cuba kommen sollten, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder dort einchecken.

We now consider Milena and Eudys family. Their wonderful hospitality made us feel at home. They are beautiful people inside out. On our last day, they surprised my boyfriend with a cake during breakfast, as it was his birthday. That was very sweet and thoughtful of them and we weren't expecting that. She makes her meals with the freshest ingredients and her lobster and shrimp dinners are a must-try. Her casa is in an excellent location. Near art galleries, museums and nightlife. You can have Milena arrange airport pick-up/drop off or out of town trips ~ Ernesto, the driver drove us to El Morro Castle, Gran Piedra and Siboney. We had a great time in Santiago and will definitely stay at her place on our next visit.
