Relax with the whole family at this peaceful cabin. Good outdoor area with a big deck, hot tub, swing set, sandbox and more. Amazing view, with a clear sky you can spot glaciers. Only 12 minutes to Geysir and 20 minutes to Gullfoss. Child-friendly with a crib, child seat and some toys. A lot of dvd and books to entertain.

A perfect cozy family cabin in a great location on the Golden circle. The kids loved that there were toys and games and the tire swing. it was nice that there was a little store and restaurant there too. would definitely stay again. we hated to leave.
Heel mooi vakantiehuis op een prachtige locatie. Het huis is in werkelijkheid mooier dan het op de foto’s overkomt. De locatie is prettig om van alles in de omgeving te bezichtigen. Host was goed bereikbaar. Ideaal als familiehuis door de complete aanwezigheid van speelgoed ed. Wij hebben enorm van het huis genoten.
Perfect hideaway for couples or those with a family. Peaceful and beautiful location and very helpful host.
Agnes's place was in the perfect location for our group of 7 to stay and see the Golden Circle. She was flexible and willing to change our reservation at the last minute, and also quick to respond to any questions. The home was very comfortable (great beds!), and the kids loved the toys. Fantastic stay!

The cabin is located in the area with other cabins and a farm called Úthlíð.
The cabin is near:
- Gullfoss and geysir
- Brúarfoss
- Efsti dalur which is a coffee place with ice cream and more made from the farm. You can see the cows from a window in the coffee place.
- Laugarvatn. In Laugarvatn is fontana, natural steam baths, outdoor mineral pools & a sauna.
- Flúðir, which has Flúðasveppir Farmers Bistro.
- Friðheimar. A restaurant that grows tomatoes and everything that the serve has their homemade in it.
I recommend being on a appropriate vehicle if there is a lot of snow (in the winter months). There is a snow removal, every Fridays and Sundays if there is snow. The main road is very accessible during the winter.
