Welcome to Savannah! Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Located on Savannah’s east side just a 5 minute drive from the heart of downtown and a 15 minute drive from Tybee beach, this happy haven is perfect for travelers looking for a space to relax after exploring the city. You’ll have your own separate entrance to a private guest suite with a private bedroom, private bathroom, and private small outdoor courtyard to come and go as you please in peace. This is essentially a guest suite off of the main house. While it is connected by a locked door, with full screens on both sides, your are screened off for full privacy to have the space to yourselves. There is a separate entrance on the side of the main house into a small courtyard. There are two steps to enter the private bathroom and bedroom. We live in the main house with our two pups, who won’t be a bother (unless you’d like to meet, in which case, they would be stoked). You have full privacy to come and go as you please in peace. There is a small walkway leading up to the side gate entrance. You are welcome to park on the street in front of the house if you have a car. We are within biking distance to downtown in a diverse and family friendly neighborhood or a short 5 minute drive into the historic district

This was the perfect place to stay for quick access to Savannah. The attention to detail to make this homey were much appreciated. She showed us hospitality at its finest, by providing us with a mini fridge after letting her know we were coming from so far away. Will be recommending this to anyone looking for an affordable getaway with a beautiful place to stay!
We had a great time staying at this place! It was pristinely clean, and the host was incredibly responsive & helpful. They left a wonderful little booklet of recommendations for Savannah, including many great restaurants! I highly recommend you look into this AirBnB if you're traveling to Savannah. You won't be disappointed!
Very great spot near River Street!
We really enjoyed our stay! The listing is very accurate; it’s a great choice if you are looking to be close to downtown for a good price. They had a great recommendation list and the coffee bar was a nice touch. Although the space is attached to their home, it still felt very private. The hosts were very responsive and were happy to answer our questions. Definitely recommend staying here!
Very friendly and welcoming host. Rachael was reponsive and easy to communicate with. The space was beautiful and has a great set up. I’ll definitely book again this summer.

This is a family friendly neighborhood centrally located very close to the historic district and a 15 minute drive to Tybee. It’s right in the middle of the two as well as super close to the Truman to get anywhere in Savannah in a matter of minutes.
You are welcome to park in front of the house if you have a car. The space is a 4 minute ride into downtown so it is very easy to get around without a car. We also have some older bikes that you are welcome to use to ride into town. Please let us know if you would like to use them and we will have them ready for you.
