This brand new townhome is located minutes from Uptown’s businesses, restaurants, sports arenas, entertainment and convention centers, and shops! Within walking distance you will find the city's greenway and parks, popular Optimist Hall dining and shopping, trendy Plaza Midwood, Noda, and Southend! This townhome is one of 30 in the quiet complex and is located in the up and coming Belmont area, at the edge of the city’s greenway so that you have lush wooded views on one side of the unit, and a beautiful city view from the fun and cozy private rooftop deck on the other side. The unit is 4 stories, including the rooftop deck, therefore has 3 sets of stairs and no elevator. Each room is beautifully decorated with very comfortable and stylish furnishings, tons of art, a smart tv in the living room, in each bedroom, and on the rooftop deck. Beds are very comfortable with luxurious layered bedding, and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The unit is well equipped with tons of amenities, from a well stocked kitchen including an assortment of coffee, tea and general coffee and tea condiments, to basic spices, and bathroom and laundry supplies. Bring your clothing, curling iron, DoorDash, Uber, and / or rental scooter account access, and you will have everything you and 5 friends need to stay in this unit for at least a week.

My experience started with Kim quickly answering all my questions. She was so sweet and even provided more information than asked. We booked way in advance and she stayed in touch. Kim’s place was beautiful, loved the accommodations TVs in every bedrooms, bathrooms for every bedroom and a half bath. The rooftop was nice (wish the weather cooperated). Walking distance to cool bars/restaurants and downtown. Quiet neighborhood and beds extremely comfortable. I slept very well. Looking forward to coming back♥️
If you're looking for a place to stay near uptown Charlotte, look no further! Kim's place is very clean and stylish. The beds are amazing and there's plenty of space to unwind and relax. The roof top was my favorite part as it was very private, quiet and comfortable with an outdoor tv and view of the city!!
Kim was great to work with. The house was beautiful and spacious. We used it to get ready for my wedding and my bridal party and I absolutely loved the decorations.
We will definitely be staying here again! This place is beautiful and comfortable, the rooftop area was a hit with our group! The entire place is pristine and tastefully decorated! The beds are all beyond comfortable. Location was amazing, great access to the Queen City !
This place has all of the WOW factor, from beautiful blacony, decor, modern technology and so much more. Overall this place is pristine, beautiful, amazing and quiet townhouse. The location is perfect because restaurants are in walking distance or major highway around corner. Thank you Kimberly for putting an amazing place together. Popular Belmont neighborhood. Amazing location! Just a few minutes to Charlotte's Uptown, walking distance to popular restaurants, shops, bars, greenway, parks, and gym. City View from rooftop deck on one side and forest-park like view from the other where we've seen deer passing by.
Uber and city bus available. Rental scooters can often be found nearby. Free private garage with 220 amp outlet for guest electric vehicle charging. (charging equipment not included). Free street parking.
