Pros: 1. The condo was modern and up to date like in the photos. 2. Close to downtown and good restaurants/ bars. Cons: 1. The neighborhood isn’t the best, random homeless dude yelling at us. 2. The instruction was missing what floor and unit # the unit was on. So we had to wait in the lobby to get an answer. 3. When we got there, the beds were undone like someone had just gotten out of bed, they even had stains on the comforter, the sheets and the pillowcases. 4. There were no clean towels, so we had to wash the previous tenants towels. 5. The toilet seats were disgusting, there were urine stains at the bottom of the seats. 6. The master bedrooms shower did not work, water was spraying out the back of the shower head when I turned it on and sprayed all over the ceiling and dripped onto the floor. 7. The sofa & futon in the living room and bedroom were stained like someone had rolled in oil and sat down on them. 8. There were stains all throughout the unit carpeted area.
