Our stay was perfect, the view is amazing. Everything you need for your stay from groceries (Soriana’s), to outlet mall shopping, and great restaurants are a 5-15 minute Uber ride away from the property. Jose and Jaqueline are great hosts with all the answers and contacts to make your stay as comfortable and easy as possible. They gave us a contact for a ride to and from the airport which talking to our neighbors who cabbed over was 1/3 the price ($50 USD) to a private van for the day for an excursion to Tulum and a swim with the turtles. Needless to say I’d recommend this place and Jose’s hospitality to anyone looking for a stay a little quieter than being at an all inclusive resort. Thank you again Jose and Jaqueline. Cheers, Craig

The place looks just like what the pictures are showing. Jose was very easy to work and communicate, but the assistant was little hard to work with. Over all it was great Location, House was big and spacious. Kitchen was fully loaded with everything you need.

Jose Luis was the most proactively supportive host we've ever stayed with. Super friendly, accomodating, helped with directions, recommendations, took exceptional care of us. Thank you for making my children's 1st trip to Cancun so great. Wonderful property, inside and out.
