Amazing, just remodeled beach condo in Punta Negra beach, which is considered one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta. Beach front condo, enjoy a glass of wine while watching beautiful sunsets. Walk out of the elevator onto the beautiful and peaceful beach where you can go for walks, snorkel right off the beach and have an amazing peaceful and relaxing time. Just about 10 minutes south of Downtown PV. Fully remodeled with high end furniture and amazingly comfortable beds.

Excelente lugar para descansar unos días, esta es de nuestras playas favoritas cercanas a Puerto Vallarta y el depa da justo a la playa. Muy completo todo para pasarla increíble. Hector súper atento, buena comunicación y comprensivo. Gracias por recibirnos, sin duda volvemos!
We loved staying at Hector’s condo. Wonderful location, we pretty much had the beach to ourselves!The pool facing the ocean was amazing for the kiddos .Hector was friendly and a great host.Thank you for the great vacation!
Fantastic views and Hector is super nice and communicative. Pool and beach is great. Location is a bit isolated which we knew going in, but Uber is cheap and no problem. Also close to Los Arcos and we had a great tour from Mismaloya Beach. Also walking distance to a restaurant and a great hike (Palo Maria). Check out was the easiest we have ever had for an AirBnb.
Hector is a great host and we had a wonderful time there. The apartment is right on the beach and the view is spectacular. Hector is warm and friendly and was responsive to all or our needs. Looking forward to staying with him again.

Punta Negra beach is a very quiet beach with only 5 condo complexes. The beach is almos desolate during the week, and a little busy during the weekend, but never packed.
It is a peaceful location to rest and relax, yet only 10 minutes away from Zona Romantica Downtown where you can find amazing restaurants, boutique shops, coffee shops, night clubs and more.
There is free parking in the condo parking lot.
If you don't have a car, there is a taxi stand across from the building and public buses also stop right in front of the building. Buses run about every 20 minutes.
