The good.... Easy access to an epic beach. Quiet (at night), private, on the bus stop, staff delivers ice/water. Priced well. The not so good... Likely an AirB&B issue, but unclear where this place was in the listing. Came up under the search for "Garisol Sur" where my entire family was staying, and looked the same in the pictures. Only learned that I was at "Playas Gemelas" when I tried to check in at Girasol. A short beach walk, and my brother had room on his Girasol reservation, so was able to access their property where all the amenities are (market, restaurant, etc.). Family couldn't visit me because the Gemelas natives were territorial, and clearly didn't want any riff-raff on their turf. Two of the 3 pools were closed. One empty, the other under construction. The open one housed the same 8-10 aged territorial natives. Construction on adjoining condo daily 9-5. Those owners were cool though. Didn't use small 2nd bedroom. Could have been more clear and communicative

El alojamiento está frente a la que, para mí, es la playa más linda de la zona. El departamento tiene el espacio ideal para un grupo de 4 personas y cuenta con absolutamente todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable. Sin duda regresaremos.

This condo is exactly as advertised. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could imagine. The bedrooms and bathrooms are very pleasant. The master bedroom, kitchen, and living room have a million dollar ocean view. Truly spectacular! Internet service is especially quick, which makes TV watching very enjoyable in the evenings. I’ve vacationed at Gemelas Beach seven times. Playas Gemelas Condominios is my favorite in all of Puerto Vallarta. My favorite aspects are its swimming pool, lush grounds, and direct access to the white sand beach. Jorge was very responsive to my messages and was a wonderful host overall. We’ll return time-and-time again to this unit because our experience was awesome.

Beautiful ocean view from the living space and bedroom. Large balcony. The beach is very calm in the morning and gets more waves in the afternoon. Overall, we would definitely visit again. Thanks!

La casa de Jorge es espectaular, super bien ubicada para disfrutar las playas de este las de Vallarta. Altamente recomedable.
