We enjoyed our stay at this property. The unit is spacious with plenty of room for a large family. The unit is renovated, beds and furniture are comfortable. We loved the location - close enough to the city to enjoy the night life and far enough from the traffic and noise. The proximity to a swimmable beach was a huge plus for us and was one of the deciding factors on choosing this property. The host was flexible on the check-in and was helpful. Having a large jug of filtered water was a great bonus as we did not have to buy any water for this unit. A few gotchas about this place - it's a clean and renovated unit in a fairly dated property. It did not bother us, as we did not use the pool or other amenities. Depending on your cooking needs, you might want to check with the host on what is in stock in the unit and what you'd have to buy before checking-in. Overall a pleasant experience, I would not mind staying in this property again.

Estancia placentera, el departamento es lujoso, limpio y con instalaciones comunes muy amplias y bonitas con acceso a la playa, además de muy buena comunicación con Marcela como anfitriona, muy recomendable.

Wonderfully spacious and clean unit — better than in photos! The beds are all King size. Loved sitting on the terrace sofa looking at the gorgeous Banderas Bay view all times of the day, even catching firework lights from the Malecon-docked pirate ship at night. Great common heated-pool plus kiddy-pool, and outdoor tables and grill for use. Quiet and serene and very clean complex — not a “party” type of condo thank goodness! Laundry machine room is on the same floor as the pool access ground floor. Leave empty water jug +35 pesos for a replacement at your front door. Super nice building manager Luis. 3 “beaches” - one that fronts the condo is rocky & great for collecting shells, one that fronts the adjacent condo is less rocky with nicer sand to walk on, one that fronts the private villa is the where you swim in. In opposite direction is rocky path, with stretch of sandy beach in between, leading to Garza Blanca resort with beaches. Bus stop across street from condo security gate.

Great place, very comfortable and great hosts. Plenty of room for 3 couples to sleep, hangout and cook. Pool was very nice. The beach isn’t great but there are some nice ones within walking distance. I can recommend this out of town fifth floor condo.
