Beautiful apartment that felt like home! Would absolutely stay here again. The view from the primary bedroom with access to patio was incredible. Really spacious apartment that had everything we needed - we especially liked the use of beach chairs & umbrella!

A beautiful 9th floor penthouse with amazing views of the bay. The pictures are accurate. The condo is decorated with great art pieces. The cupola in the dining room is amazing craftsmanship. The beach is beautiful. 1 decent local restaurant just a 10 minute beach walk over some stones to get to. But the bus stop is right there if needed. Washer and dryer in the unit. Everything you need is there. It's the type of home you will not want to leave.

I don't even want to write a review and share this amazing place! The location was exactly what we wanted. It was quiet and peaceful and the beach was a dream. That being said, we are also long time PV visitors so we know to stop at Costco and La Comer before we arrive, so we had all of the food and drinks we needed. The master bed was very comfortable and most nights we left the slider cracked to hear the waves all night which was heavenly. The other twin beds were fine for our teenage daughter. The furnishings aren't fancy, but thats what we like. We like to feel like we are in Mexico and not a luxury resort. We almost never had company at the pool and the grounds were immaculate and well staffed with kind and friendly people we really enjoyed talking with. We always rent a car and there was great parking on site. The beach and ocean were clean and swimmable which was a treat! Agustin is a very responsive host and always responded very quickly as well. We will definitely be back!

First and foremost I was looking for a condo right on the beach with a fabulous view. I also wanted a peaceful, uncrowded atmosphere. Agustin’s vacation home supplied all of this and more. We could always find loungers at the pool or a spot on the beach for the chairs and sun umbrella provided. I appreciated the authentic Mexican decor as well. The beds were comfy and the A/C worked great. There were always taxis available right out front for the 6 km trip into town. Actually took less time (10min) than when we stayed in the hotel zone as the traffic was not heavy. Other than one fun restaurant just up the road, we did need to go into town for dining and groceries. That was somewhat inconvenient but of course that’s the trade off for the peaceful location. Agustin is a responsive host and answered my questions quickly. We hope to stay in this lovely home again someday.

Agustin’s place was a joy for our family to stay in! We were so nourished & recharged by our stay. The photos don’t do justice! The sea is the main character. There is a wonderful heated pool downstairs & it opens to beautiful Punta Negra Playa. The apartment is well stocked with everything you will need to cook & enjoy the beach incl boogie boards! Balcony overlooks the ocean and is wonderful to eat meals on or lounge with a book. Enjoyed bathtub, bed & view from primary. Things to note -Location: We were here to hunker down- we had already spent enough time in town. We cooked all our meals at home but it might be a schlep for ppl who want experience town of PV/eat out. -Water jugs only refilled Mondays so bring extra water if needed -It’s on 9th floor if heights are an issue for you. There are good elevators so it’s super easy to come up & down. -The roar of the ocean is very present & soothing but also may be a lot if you’re sensitive to noise. I used ear plugs to help sleep.
