Recently renovated modern home less than 2 miles (5 min) from downtown surrounded by breweries/bars/restaurants within walking distance. The house has every amenity a modern high rise would have including a heated pool, rooftop with downtown view, gym, game room with a pool table and shuffle board, and multiple fireplaces / fire pits. Living area includes a fully stocked Viking gourmet kitchen with a bar. Master bedroom has a stand up desk and printer for the working professional.

This place really made our trip awesome. We ended up spending a good amount of time here between nights out because of how cool of a spot it was. From the pool table to the fun living space we had a great time. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Austin.
Great place great location
Army is a fantastic host, who makes the whole process totally seamless. His home is gorgeous and well-positioned with plenty of bedrooms and anything a group would need for a stay in Austin. Could not more strongly suggest!

This place was outstanding. I wish we could have had more time in it. Overall, it exceeded our expectations and everyone had a great time. Army was an excellent host and easy to communicate with too.

No driveway or garage parking due to my neighbor behind me needing access. There is no street parking in front of the house. There is parking across the house with a permit.
