The home is a short drive or bike ride to a lot of great restaurants, shops, donutteries (a real word), and ice cream stands! ★SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS★ Bedroom 1: Queen bed Bedroom 2: Bunk bed with twin over full Bedroom 3: Full bed, twin bed, twin bed Bedroom 4: Queen bed Upstairs Living Room: Convertible futon for 1 or 2 people ! ★LIVING AREA★ There are 2 living areas - both with large Smart TVs and comfortable couches. The downstairs living area is a spacious open-concept that combines a family room with a dining area. The upstairs living room features a comfortable futon and leads into the upstairs kitchenette area. ★SUNROOMS★ There is a large sunroom at the front of the home and a smaller one at the back of the home overlooking the outdoor seating area. ★KITCHEN & KITCHENETTE★ You will have everything you need to make meals for a large group! Downstairs is a modern kitchen with a full-sized oven, stove, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker. The cabinets are stocked with pots, pans, Tupperware, spices, and cooking oil. There is also storage space for your groceries!
