Great place to stay, within driving distance to Queenstown, but away from all the hustle and bustle.

This is old but renovated house with big yard. Area is very quiet. There is not much to do in the village but I could see gasoline station, liqeur shop, couple motels. Interior is renovated and works well. Fireplace is nice. There are 4 beds which are good. Toilet is separately next to kitchen while bath is next to bed rooms. We only missed outdoor bbq grill. Location is in the center of southern area. Road to Milford Sound is good and takes about 3 hours. Queenstown a bit more than 1 hour. Invergarkill and Te Anau as well. There are many good hiking trails. Beautiful landscape everywhere.

We chose Jason's place for being on our route to Milford Sound and also being not too far from Queenstown and it turned out to be a perfect choice. A nice house with everything one ay need.
