This is a barebones rental in an ideal location. The beds were comfortable, and the home was conveniently located close to Drake, which we needed. For the price, I wouldn't stay again. One of the beds had dirty linens, and the shower curtain was moldy. Only four bath towels were provided, three of which wouldn't fully wrap around my slight #130 figure. The driveway is incredibly steep, and where it meets the sidewalk, the grade is sharp, so our two vehicles bottomed out exiting the drive. That said, if you need a basic place to crash near Drake, this fits the bill.

This house worked great for my needs. Easy walking to my dad's apartment and also to grocery store, bars, and restaurants on Ingersoll. It was spotlessly clean in a quiet residential neighborhood. Sheryl was very communacative. Very affordable price. I would stay here again.
