This property was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and stocked with top of the line appliances, and linens. The accommodations were so warm and welcoming. There was a weekly Saturday farmers market set up down the street that was an added treat. Amazingly enough, it was setup and visited by many shoppers and the Airbnb was so quiet we didn’t hear any noise from inside and were surprised it was there! I would readily book this accommodation again and highly recommend it.

This home was exquisite. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay at this property was. The home was stocked with all of the creature comforts we could need after a long day of traveling. This place would be a perfect property to stay again as a family on vacation in McKinney, or as part of a wedding accommodation for a wedding party or out-of-town guests. Downtown McKinney was a short walk, and the town has great shopping restaurants to add to the charm of the experience. Words in this review could never do the property justice as to the experience it provides for its guests.

We can’t say enough good about our stay at the 1883 Boutique Bungalow. From working with us so we could check in early, to the beautiful, clean, welcoming, peaceful home and private yard, to the snacks and wine awaiting us upon arrival, to the delicious Starbucks coffee and gourmet coffee-maker provided for us, to the kitchen and bathrooms stocked with anything we could need, to the prompt and friendly communication… we could go on. There were so many thoughtful touches, such as the white noise machines on e dry night stand! We loved those! Not to mention the incredible location, walking distance to McKinney square, where there are countless wonderful restaurants and places to shop… we were in the area for a high school baseball tournament, but we are already trying to get our next stay at the 1883 Boutique Bungalow on our calendar just for a weekend getaway because we enjoyed it so much. Great place to stay. Walkable to downtown McKinney and tons of stores and restaurants. Place is very clean and very well-stocked with items for kitchen and for bathrooms. Definitely recently renovated. Beautiful decor.

Beautiful home within walking distance to downtown McKinney. Home has everything needed and super cozy. Very clean with gorgeous and comfortable furnishings throughout. Xan was very attentive and accommodating with any request I had. I stayed for an extended time waiting for my new home to be completed. The house felt like home to me!
