Walking distance (a few minutes walk) to downtown Delaware’s amazing restaurants, bars, boutiques, and Ohio Wesleyan University. Also located within 30 minutes of Ikea, Polaris Fashion Place, Columbus Zoo/Zoombezi Bay. Family/locally owned & operated! Sleeps 3 when using the available blow up mattress. Our large one bedroom, one bath, guest apartment (with private entrance) is downstairs. It is a sunny basement apartment with windows, including a full size window for egress. Easy to walk to! There is a $25 fee for the 3rd guest, as an air mattress will be required. We will have the air mattress blown up and made for your convenience! Dogs: We adore our furry friends, and you can bring yours too for a fee of $75. Up to 2 dogs are allowed MAX with the $75 pet fee. Please ensure their presence accompanies you at all times, keep them leashed outdoors, and diligently clean up after them. Kindly refrain from leaving them unattended inside the house. Additionally, we request that they avoid the beds, chairs, and sofas. Prompt cleaning of dog waste is required. Dog walk/potty area is in the front grass of the house, please do not walk around to the back of the house. All dog waste must be picked up immediately and put in the blue trash bins on the south side of the property (Left side, if facing the front of the house). Dog bowls, dog towels, lint roller, & dog treats are provided for your convenience (in the living room closet)! * We are so sorry, but at this time, we cannot allow cats. The owners are all very allergic :(
