We were in town for our daughter’s graduation from U of A. The location was perfect. We were 10 minutes from the campus. The house had plenty of room for our family of five. We loved sitting on the back deck watching the wildlife stroll bye while enjoying our morning coffee. We would definitely rent from William again when in the Tucson area.

I cannot say enough about Williams gorgeous home. Everything was absolutely perfect! The game room/massage parlor/Netflix and chill room was exactly what we needed. I felt right at home with the decor, and slept like a baby on the most comfortable bed I have laid my head. I absolutely loved the security cameras and the deck made me feel like I was in another world.

Great home. It was extremely clean from the overall house to clean and nice linens. Lots of room to accommodate several people. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with all essentials. Super great private back deck that looks over a green space. Host was super responsive to any message. House is in a peaceful location and felt private and in a quiet neighborhood. It’s also just a few miles from several grocery stores and many places to eat. Also super close to interstate. Would def stay here again.

I stayed here with my wife and two boys (2y and 7m) for a total of 4 weeks while I completed a work training course in Tucson. We loved our stay and would recommend this listing to anyone needing a place in the area! The house was clean and spacious with just the right amenities for our family. Because of our extended stay, we cooked most meals at home; the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for our needs. The neighborhood is just past the edge of the city limits yet right off major roadways. This meant the area was quiet and peaceful with easy access to anywhere we needed to go. We spent much of our mornings and evenings outside on the deck, soaking in the beautiful views and observing the wildlife. After staying here for 4 weeks, it was hard to say goodbye to this wonderful house in the beautiful city of Tucson. The office with computer/printer was a great touch and the massage chair in the TV room is a don't miss.

I really enjoyed my stay and the host was amazing, clear instructions were left and was super responsive. The house was amazing and I will he recommending this place to my friends.
