Such a peaceful and cozy space. Can enjoy the view without any noise from cars or neighbors. Highly recommend.

My family had a wonderful stay at The Beach House. The view of the sound from the house was beautiful and it was fun to explore the shoreline during low tide with my young children. The house had everything that we needed and more - the kitchen was well stocked, the master bed was extremely comfortable, and the indoor areas were cozy and inviting. The host (Claire) and the owner (Renee) were both extremely nice - great communicators, thoughtful, and generous. When the owner found out that we had little children the same age as her grandchildren, she very kindly offered the use of children's books, toys, and items, much to the delight of my kids. And, the host, Claire, definitely has the gift of hospitality. She made our stay a delight. Overall, this was a beautiful location with wonderful hosts!

A perfect getaway.

It was a very beautiful property. The hosts were all very responsive. New batteries were needed and the host dropped some off immediately. GPS did take us to the wrong turn, so be mindful of the address at the top of the hill. The property felt remote, but you were very close to diff amenities. The bed was very comfortable and the home was clean. We loved exploring the island and it was a great home base. There was one tv that was internet based, so if the Internet is not working, the TV won't work. Our cell coverage was good throughout the island and at the home. The home had a beautiful view and is a great spot to relax and enjoy the view.

Very well appointed cabin in a beautiful setting. The listing said it slept four adults, so there is an assumption that there would be seating in both the living and family rooms for four. It was very hard for us to relax as a group. There just wasn’t enough comfortable seating for all of us in any one room and someone was always sitting on the floor or in an uncomfortable chair that we brought from the kitchen table. Even the bar only had three stools. The host was very friendly and offered their kayaks which was very nice but we wound up not using them. We loved the patio swing and of course the view. Great house for two or three adults but not four.
