This is truly a fabulous home. such a cozy, stylish, beautiful house. every detail is thought out to the smallest detail. the house has a wonderful terrace with a beautiful view. everything is very clean. It is immediately obvious that this house was created with great love. Our whole family really enjoyed it. We will be happy to come again and will recommend it to all our friends. And many thanks to Aureol for your care, warm welcome and instructions with useful places. Delight, delight, delight)

Whaler's Cottage is a delight! The cottage itself offers the perfect combination of comfort and location, views and thoughtful decor. We felt 'at home' immediately. The views to the sea and floor plan allowed us many nooks and spaces to enjoy entertaining as well as solo times. The location is quiet with the sea only a five minute stroll down the stree, and safe parking outside the cottage. We could not recommend more highly!

Very well looked after by Aureol and Patricia. An Internet fault, just before Christmas, was fixed almost instantly. Aureol kept us informed of load shedding and rubbish collection schedules.

We had an amazing time at the Whalers Cottage! Enjoyed the relaxing and peaceful space with different corners to read a good book or socialize with friends. Simonstown in itself is a wholesome place with lots of community (long beach and swims and coffee in the early morning). We particularly enjoyed an epic run all the way to Muizenberg with the sea as our companion. Can highly recommend a stay here and will definitely consider coming back!

We really enjoyed our stay at Whaler's Cottage - what a beautiful spot! Walkable distance to Boulders Beach, mountain hikes & the shops. Super convenient, very comfortable with nice extra touches like oil, salt, pepper & shampoo so you don't have to rush to the shops. Superb stay - Aureol was amazing too! We felt very welcome and we certainly will be back! Thank you for our stay 😄
