We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit strandhuisje is Simonstown. Fijne rustige locatie. Er is verschil tussen wind en échte wind ;) alleen de laatste nacht was het echt bizar waardoor we niet konden slapen.

Une parenthèse de rêve durant nos vacances en Afrique du Sud. Notre petite fille de 11 mois s'est senti au top dans cette villa. Le quartier est super sûr, l'un des plus calmes de Cape Town et la vue est incroyable. Aureol a été au top du top durant le séjour et nous espérons revenir un jour !

It is a beautiful place to explore Cape Town and the surrounding bays. Secluded in a safe neighbourhood and appointed with terrific amenities including a kitchen with high-end appliances, comprehensive security inc a double garage with electric doors.  Load-shedding is commonplace but the Solar system provided back-up power which is fast and accessible. We didn’t notice it at all.   Communication was incredible with a fast response rate.  Aureol answered our queries quickly and was just super friendly and helpful – a great host.  Simonstown is a busy town with a range of shops and restaurants - don’t hesitate to book The Lighthouse.   We’d have no hesitation in re-booking.  It was a truly comfortable, unique and a practical base.

We enjoyed our stay in Simonstown very much. The house is very quiet, Wonderfull view over the False Bay and the Harbour. Spacy and comfortable . No problems with loadshedding; we are looking forward to come again
