Including Guadalupe River, trails & parks! Our property has plenty of outdoor space with fence all the way around the home. Amazing front and back porches for enjoying morning coffee or grilling. 2 car driveway. *10-15 minute walk from Maverick House to Louise Hays Park Festivals, via River Trail. Our home is centrally located to amazing restaurants, shops, Guadalupe River, river trails & parks. Spacious yard for grilling, gathering around the fire pit or other fun activities. Conveniently fenced all the way around the house for dogs to explore and join the fun! We allow 2 Dogs max. Living room has comfortable seating with TV/Roku for enjoying football games or movies. Bedrooms come with comfy Queen beds for sleeping in. In addition; a Queen size blow-up mattress is available. Unique and simple full kitchen setup for all your cooking needs. Washer & Dryer in laundry room. Gas grill on back porch.

Certainly enjoyed this little gem. The beds are super cozy and the furniture was comfortable and nice to plop on at the end of a long day. The lot is beautiful and green with mature trees. Private and serene. Great big lot for our dog. Great host and very responsive. We would highly recommend your stay in Kerrville at the Maverick house .
Great place!
We, absolutely, love staying here. My favorite part is being able to sit on the porch at any hour, and take in the peacefulness, and the beauty of the yard, the cuteness of the place. The yard, though. My dogs loved the vastness of it, and I enjoyed how beautiful it was. Though you’re walking distance from a lot of places, the home is somehow protected from the noise. It’s just a beautiful experience, all around, for us. Well for the mind, and the soul.
The house was very comfortable and had a great yard for our dog.
An absolutely beautiful place. The yard was beautiful and huge! My dogs loved it, and being out there was therapeutic for them. It was so peaceful , all day, that sitting on the porch felt like self love. I would definitely stay, again. I thanked the LORD, every morning, for the blessing and opportunity to be there.
