Definitely peaceful! Clay was very responsive and helpful with everything! Will be back to stay. Love the beautiful scenery that was there and the wate.

We LOVED staying here! I would say the pictures do not do the place justice - we were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and clean the space was as well as the thoughtfulness that went into the decorations and furniture. This place had everything we needed - a fully stocked kitchen with seasonings, utensils, cooking ware and dining ware as well as a fully stocked bathroom. We loved the back deck and fire pit overlooking the river. Not much cell service as mentioned but he has tons of dvds and games there to enjoy. We absolutely cannot wait to come back, and we are so happy to have found this place!

This place is appropriately named! It's right on the river, there are 2 fire pits (one in front and one in back) and the surrounding area is beyond beautiful. There is a quaint little general store about a mile away with souveniers, baked goods, and awesome jellies. if you're getting in late, grab something to eat before you head up the mountain, though. Many of the activities in town require reservations which have to be made online. Clay is a superhost for a reason. Fully Stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook plus coffee, tea, condiments, etc.. plenty of clean linen, blankets and towels plus the cabin is super cozy. Clay even chopped wood in advance for us even tho it was a bit cold and we stayed inside. There is no internet so if you're not PS4 savy like us - download what you like to watch or read before you go up there. Overall, we booked an extra day because we loved it so much. You will not regret your stay here.

The cabin was simple but a great location and peaceful. Just what we wanted. Also, Clay was a great host. Super responsive and helpful.
