RHL-01000316 This peaceful & centrally-located room w/ brand new bathroom, all new bedding & towels, a desk & 2 luggage stands and refrigerator. The 3/4 bathroom is designated only for the Airbnb room you are in. Enjoy a covered front porch & a covered porch in the backyard with a patio dining table & bench swing. Longer stays require weekly cleaning @ $30.00 per cleaning. You may request additional cleaning services for $30.00. Should you have questions, please send a direct message. This is a family home. We have a prepared a guest room and bathroom for our Airbnb guests. Our house is tidy and clean for your comfort. We appreciate you keeping it that way. There is a Kitchenette in the family room with an electric kettle, complimentary coffee, tea, oatmeal, and water daily in the mornings.

I had a great time at Kelly's. The house and room were exactly as advertised, Kelly was very friendly, and communication went smoothly. Kelly also provided water and some snacks troughout my stay. I would certainly stay at hers again.
I had a great stay at Kelly's place. The area was quiet. The room was super clean, with a comfy bed and a small refrigerator. The bathroom was spotless. Kelly was a gracious and communicative host. BTW, her dog was a super sweet girl. Highly recommended & I'd like to stay there again.

Kelly was a very gracious host and made us feel right at home from the moment we walked in. Her dog, Kierra, was a sweetheart. She loved having company, I think. Kelly was very communicative and welcomed us with a couple text messages, prior to our arrival, which helped the checkin process go smoothly. We would definitely stay here again.

Our location is a nicely nestled in an older established neighborhood near the old Boulder Country Club aka Flatirons Golf Course. It is very quiet and peaceful. Lyft, Lime scooters and bikes are everywhere, no car-no problem! Be on Campus in 5 minutes by car or by bike 10 minutes. Our location is a nicely established neighborhood near the old Boulder Country Club. It is quiet, yet convenient to shopping, restaurants, cafes and grocery stores, the famous Boulder bike path is 2 blocks away. It will take you east to the Bobolink Trail or west to CU and Downtown Boulder.
There is plenty of street parking. You may use the west bay of our 3 car driveway. Uber, Lyft /Lime, Electric Scooters and Bikes. Very close to Bus route 2 blocks away.
