The unit is clean and cozy, very accessible to all tourist spots in Baguio. Ate Maggie is also accommodating and fun to talk with 😊 However the street beside the condo is too steep not recommended for people with bad knees lol. Will surely get back and will rent this place again. Thank you! ✨

We were greeted upon checkin and place was nice. Walkable to a lot of places like SM, public market, session road, etc. Nice to eat outside and see the view. Good network connection and I love the TV and the hairdryer.

Ms. Anne’s place is a top recommendation for Baguio stays. 1000% would book again! 💖 First, Ms. Anne was very responsive and helpful. She even called me when I informed her that we were nearby and gave me clear instructions on how to check in (which not a lot of Airbnb hosts do nowadays!). Ms. Maggie, her caretaker, was also really friendly and helpful. Second, her place was really nice and clean! My parents and I felt right at home. You can see that they really made an effort to provide useful amenities in the room. However, the induction cooker didn’t work the first time we tried to cook which I reported but Ms. Anne immediately sent her husband to check on it and they replaced it with a working unit on the same day 😭 I’d never felt so taken care of in an Airbnb! Location-wise, the condo is really near everything! Just take note, especially if you have seniors, that there’s a bit of a hike if you’re going to Session Road. Although it’s really easy to book a taxi anyway :)
