Comfortable, newly remodeled stay near the freeway, 14 minutes from Hill AFB W gate, 25-60 minutes from the best skiing/snowboarding in the area. (Snow Basin, Powder Mountain, Park City,Brighton) There is excellent fishing & activities nearby as well. Just behind the house is a walking/biking trail. 1 Full size bed, 1 Futon, pack & play, & an air mattress. Walk-in shower & fireplace for extra warmth. There is a small kitchenette; (microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, coffee pot w/ all the fixings.) The basement apartment includes a Queen bedroom, the bathroom includes a walk in shower, living room features a futon, space to fit an air mattress, also includes a fireplace, basic kitchenette as you’d have in a hotel room, washer & dryer. The back patio offers a grill, seating area, clothesline, hot tub and fireplace. Cornhole boards are provided in the unit for yard games.

Very cozy and the hot tub was nice just a little confused on how to get to the room
The bed was teeny tiny- so short that I had to sleep diagonally. I’m 5’9”. Also there was a power outage during the first night. Would have had to shower in the dark, couldn’t make coffee. So I left after the first night and let Katrina know that, although considered an ‘act of nature’, I would appreciate a possible reduction in charges or a discount in any other properties she might have. Got no response.
Easy to find, quiet at night, perfect spot if you’re out and about about all day and want a place to come back and sleep peacefully
not a bad little place, quite at times, little hidden but not a problem. very clean place.
Eh. Greeted by barking dogs on each side of the back yard. Wouldn’t want to sit in the “spa” hot tub while they viciously barked. Space inside was decent, although no sink or kitchenette and the floor was quite dirty.

Near I-15, grocery stores, gas stations & about 30-40 minutes to salt lake city. Quiet neighborhood, with the occasional rooster crowing in the morning, horses neighing or police siren responding to the old folks home across the street.
Uber is very popular in this area, but a personal vehicle or rental car would be ideal for getting to and from the unit.
There is a bike trail that stretches from Ogden to SLC just located behind the property.
