On cool evenings, the front porch fire pit or the living room with its gas fireplace provide cozy spots for viewing the waterfront. The gourmet kitchen with a large center island, Maytag appliances, and a full array of cooking gear is the perfect place to create meals to remember. The large, master suite looks out on the Marina at Harbor Village and boasts a king size bed, TV, a double sink vanity, herringbone shower, and walk-in closet. As part of the master suite, there is another full size sofa sleeper area with its own 55 inch Fire TV. Another king bedroom, a queen bedroom, laundry room, and a guest bathroom complete the second floor. Due to the location of the properties, smoking is strongly discouraged around the home and strictly prohibited in the home.
