Very spacious house. The bedroom locations were well laid out, everyone had good privacy. The bathrooms were very spacious and modern. lots of great amenities including the coffee bar and modern appliances. We would definitely stay here again.

This place would have been a great place to stay if we had water. If it’s listed to have up to 10 people you must have working water to accommodate all individuals. At times no water would come out of any fixtures (sinks tubs etc.) the dishwasher would not run since there was no water. It made staying at the house never inconvenient.

The house is beautifully renovated with modern amenities but minor imperfections, like bathroom door not closing and. bedroom doors without lock. The communication, service, and hygiene supplies could be better. 1. There was not enough running water or goid water pressure at all 3 showers, water trickle out of the shower heads. Water pressure improved on the checkout morning but still insufficient. 4 bedrooms 2. There were no hand soap, bath soap, and toilet tissues, we had to purchase the supplies the morning after check-in. We messaged for the supplies but received a slow and run around questions. Supplies were made available the second night of our stay but not useful at that point. 3. We found slugs in the bedroom downstairs. 4. Two of the 4 bedrooms have adjoining door, lacks privacy and easy access. It should have been made clear in the posting.

The price for this location is a great price. Only 15-20 minutes from Assteague Island's OSV, it is highly convenient for a good beach time. Plenty of parking on location, and a very responsive support team that can be reached either by text or phone.

Would definitely stay again - was a great fit for two families, and everyone enjoyed the pool, the proximity to Assateague, and the absolutely adorable town of Berlin. All appliances are updated, everything was clean, and the management company responded promptly when we were out of propane. A “kids’ corner” in the kitchen made dinners more pleasant and two king size bedrooms were very welcome. A few small tweaks would have elevated the experience given the nontrivial cost - lightbulbs need replacement, all of the toilet holders are off the wall, one ceiling fan rocked frighteningly hard when turned on, the outside door handle kept coming off, and yes, water pressure isn’t awesome - but this all felt somewhat standard, small ball rental issues. A lovely last summer weekend was enjoyed by all.
