Sandytoes Cottage is a large cosy cottage set in its own grounds with a wood for exploring at the back of the property. It has its own private driveway which will park multiple cars. Ground Floor Enter the property via the front door through a pretty porch, the hallway is tiled with lots of space to leave shoes and coats. To the right is a very large comfortable living room with lots of seating and a large apple TV. A log fire is at the centre of the room for cosy nights in. Further down the hallway is the dining room with a table and chairs to sit 8 people, it also houses a small organ for music lovers and a log fire. Next to the dining room is the heart of the house, a large kitchen with a centre island, cooker, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dish washer and all the cutlery, dining requirements and cooking equipment you need for a happy holiday. Next to the kitchen is a magical conservatory where you can enjoy a drink of your choice and look out over the garden or choose a board game to play with friends and family. Double doors lead out on to the patio. Next to the conservatory is a reading room, a pretty room with fairy lights, books and comfortable seating. The perfect hideaway room with a good book to relax. Further down the hallway is a very large larder for storing your grocery shopping and local goodies you will no doubt find whilst exploring the area. Beyond this is a large laundry room with a washing machine, airer, hoover and other cleaning items. There is also a downstairs lavatory and wash basin at the end of the hall. First Floor At the top of the stairs is the master bedroom decorated in pale cream, stone with a hint of green, a very large room with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom with a separate lavatory. The room also has a sofa, two wardrobes, drawers and a dressing table. The beds are wonderful with luxurious bedding to ensure you have the perfect night’s sleep. Further down the landing is the first of two double bedrooms decorated in pale pink with butterfly stencils on the wall, again the bed and bedding are luxurious. There is also a sofa in this room and a pretty hanging rail for clothes plus drawers. The room adjacent is a twin bedroom decorated in cream with blue tones on the bedding, it has a built-in wardrobe with the same quality of beds and bedding. Carrying on down the landing is a lavatory and shower room with wash basin followed by a family bathroom which also has a shower cubicle, lavatory, wash basin and a bath. The last room is the second double bedroom, decorated in cream and shades of gold. The room has 2 built in wardrobes and a dressing table. Again, the bed and bedding are luxurious for the perfect night’s sleep. Outside Sandytoes Cottage is completely enclosed so it is child friendly. It has a large pretty garden with a private wood at the back of the property. The garden is grassed with many shrubs, borders and trees. There is plenty of room for parking multiple cars.
