Tastefully decorated & full of character, our house is in the sought after central location of Ulverston. The house has been tastefully renovated & accommodates up to 6 people comfortably. Super fast WiFi Living room area with SMART TV including Netflix etc, dining area & kitchen which is fully equipped. First floor bedroom with king size bed & large family bathroom. Second floor twin bedroom & double bedroom. Guests will have access to the entire house & Courtyard. Guests will enter straight in to the bright lounge with electric fire & Smart TV. Then through to the dining room with table for 6 people, settee and large door out to small rear garden. This then leads in to the well equipped Kitchen. On the first floor is the king size bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers, opposite is the large family bathroom with walk in shower. On the second floor is a double bedroom and twin room. All rooms have blackout blinds & towels & linen are provided.

We've just had a lovely 5 night stay here, as a family of 5. The house was spotlessly clean, super comfortable beds and a lovely big walk-in shower. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed including a supply of cleaning products. The location was great, a few minutes walk into Ulverston which has a host of lovely shops and restaurants (can highly recommend The Farmers for Sunday lunch). While there is no designated parking, we never struggled to find a space outside the property. The neighbours were very friendly. Hoad Monument was a lovely walk right on your doorstep and provided beautiful views over Ulverston. A lovely welcome treat on arrival too! Would highly recommend.
Lovely place, quiet, tastefully decorated, conveniently located near a playground so good for a child, short walk from Market Street with an excellent butcher and fishmonger. Provided wine glasses were good and there's even a Bluetooth speaker. overall excellent

Ulverston is a beautiful market town with plenty of shops, cafe's, pubs & restaurants.
The Cumbria Way begins in Ulverston less than 5 mins from the house. There are lots of walks from the doorstep including Hoad Hill and the canal path leading to the beach.
Ulverston hosts several festivals throughout the year including the famous Dickensian Festival starting in November.
The popular Ford Park hosts a Park Run every Saturday and has a well equipped children's adventure playground.
A 20 min drive takes you to the lakeside Ferry where you can travel the length of Lake Windermere.
Ulverston also has an indoor & outdoor market.
Ulverston has a good bus service & train station. There are several pay & display car parks and many of the roads do not require a permit. Once in Ulverston everything is accessible on foot.
