I truly don’t know where to begin, the house had no working heat source, the TV’s didn’t work, there were rodent droppings on the nightstand and on the living room floor. The house was filthy, the dryer was full of laundry, there were no pillowcases on the pillows, the dishwasher was full of dishes….the list goes on and on! We were supposed to stay two weeks, we left 2 days into the stay, and found another house through a different company. We were extremely disappointed in the company handling the property. Not only did they not offer any solution to the problem, they never offered a refund for the time that we weren’t there. We had no choice but to leave there was absolutely no way to keep the house warm, and my 86 year old mother was staying in the house with us. There wasn’t even an apology. I would definitely think twice about renting a property though this company. I forgot they did offer for us to heat a huge house with a fireplace, and supplied wet wood that wouldn’t burn.

Beautiful house in a great spot in seal beach. All windows with lots of room for many. Updated kitchen. Double check the beach access- it’s a short walk as advertised but the ‘stairway’ is sketchy even for those with young strong legs, needs repair. One of our family with a mild medical condition needed quite a bit of help
