Roya‘s place was just as described and pictured. Comfortable furniture, comfortable beds, plenty of extra blankets and pillows, kitchen well stocked with everything necessary.

We loved Roya’s place. It was clean, spacious and well laid out. The big open kitchen and large island were perfect for entertaining. The beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were spotless. Cute residential neighborhood and lovely water view from the deck. Roya was a great host. We’d definitely come back here.

The house was nice. Open concept and gorgeous view from the balcony. There is a tenant in the lower level who decided to shower at 3:30 am. GOD bless them for being an early bird, however, the plumbing is really loud and woke up the whole house. Place was mostly clean. Black curly hairs greeted us in the upstairs bathroom. Certain things were left unfinished. The doors and trim could use a fresh coat of paint. The door to the deck required a hard pull to open. Host was super responsive and gave great instructions for check in and check out. Easy to find and easy to get in. We enjoyed our stay.

It exceeded our expectations. The actual looks much better in person than in the pictures. I couldn’t have found a better place. It’s a very tranquil, and relaxing.

Our stay was perfect. We visited the world headquarters of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Very close to Patterson. 5 minutes. It was so nice have the place to ourselves. Thank you for a great stay.
