Welcome to our cozy and stylish home located in a quiet residential neighborhood. A short drive to Northampton and I-91, you'll find it to be a great place to stay while visiting friends and family or exploring the many attractions throughout the Pioneer Valley. A classic single-level ranch home, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed, and two full baths. The mudroom and kitchen are newly remodeled and the living room is a comfortable space that includes a Roku TV. There is also a finished basement with a laundry room. During the warmer months, you can enjoy the outside private patio with a fire pit. There are mini splits for year-round comfort and a level 2 EV charger in the garage. Off-street parking for up to 2 cars. We're only 1 mile to the center of town, walkable on Main st or the bike path, which crosses South st.

Laura’s home is beautiful, comfortable, spacious, and well appointed! It was a perfect place to stay while I had some work done on my own home in the area! In a great location, quiet street, close to town and walking paths. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfy, and the spacious mud room, finished basement with laundry, and back patio exceeded my expectations. Laura was friendly and easy to communicate with. I will be recommending this space to all my visitors to the area!

Laura was the perfect host. Her home is spacious, comfortable, updated, and well-appointed. The private backyard with the fire pit was a real treat, and the neighborhood is quiet and accessible. Perfect for a cozy getaway! We look forward to our next visit.
