Great apartment in a convenient, yet peaceful, area. The apartment is clean, spacious and well furnished with everything you might need. Lots of windows with blinds that provided great air flow when needed. Lovely place.

We rented the apartment for 3 nights and we felt just like home ! We were 3 guests (2 adults and one child). The place is very comfortable, the rooms are spacious (2 bedrooms and one living room with nice terrace), kitchen fully equipped, bathroom very clean. The building is quite and in a nice neighborhood (close to boat station for Venice, Lido restaurants and beach). Andrea, the host, is very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend the apartment and for the next occasion (when coming back in Lido) we are considering booking it again !

Andrea is super kind and welcoming and even presented us with a cake his mother had made, we ate it until the last crumb! And very clean appartement in a lovely quiet neighborhood, walking distance from bars restaurants and beach. The kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped. Andrea kept in touch really easily and helpt us out so much. The apartment is not so well insulated so you hear the neighbors well and they hear you, so when your hobby is shouting or you’re quite sensitive on the ears, it is better to choose another home. On the other hand, the blackbird sings beautifully when you sit on the balcony in the evening. Both morning and evening sun shine there, there’s beautiful trees and old rooftops surrounding you. We felt absolutely at ease and thrilled.

Siamo stati bene nella casa di Andrea. La casa dispone di tutto quanto necessario e si trova in una posizione tranquilla e prossima alla zona centrale del Lido di Venezia, anche a piedi. Andrea è stato un ospite gentile e disponibile.
